Ateliér

Hello everybody!

We are going to open an atelier during the Spanish cultural week, a place conceived of as a space of collaboration among creative people from all artistic backgrounds that are interested in contributing to the festival in any form: creative writing, photography, video, animation, modelling, etc. We want to bring creative people together and generate ideas with a practical focus on the festival and its events; all the creations will then become part of the festival and be exhibited in the closing event on Friday 24 April. We feel like experimenting, improvising, creating and communicating with each other, and we might also generate surprising or spontaneous actions or happenings in the city. Vamos a abrir un taller durante la Semana cultural española, un lugar concebido como espacio de colaboración entre personas creativas de cualquier perfil artístico (escritura creativa, fotografía, video, animación, escultura, etc.) que estén interesadas en contribuir con sus ideas y creaciones en el festival. Queremos unir a gente creativa y generar ideas con un enfoque práctico en la Semana cultural y sus diversos actos; todas las creaciones pasarán a formar parte del festival y serán expuestas en la ceremonia de clausura de la Semana el viernes 24 de abril. Lo que perseguimos es experimentar, improvisar, crear y comunicarnos entre nosotr@s, o incluso generar acciones espontáneas y sorprendentes en la ciudad.
